Save contacts on your smartphone – Outlook app

    This copies your company account's contacts from the Outlook app to your smartphone's contacts app, e.g. so callers are shown by name.

    Steps

    1. Open the Outlook app (App Store, Google Play) and tap your profile picture in the top left.

    2. Tap the gear (Settings) in the bottom left.

    3. Select your company account.

    4. Turn on Save Contacts (iPhone) or Sync contacts (Android) and confirm the access prompt.

    Tip: It's best to edit contacts in Outlook. Changes are then applied automatically.
