Set up call forwarding – Wildix

This is how to forward calls in Wildix to another number, e.g. your mobile.

Steps

1. Open Wildix Collaboration in the browser or app and sign in. App: App Store, Google Play

2. In the top right, click your profile picture › Settings.

3. Open Personal call settings (or Calls).

4. Decide when calls are forwarded: always (Available), when Away, or on Do not disturb.

5. In the column you want, turn on Immediate call forwarding and enter the destination number: internal extension, or external numbers in full format (e.g. +43 …).

6. Save.

Tip: If forwarding only applies to Away or Do not disturb, also set the matching status in the top right.
