Adobe Acrobat is tied to an Adobe account. With the right sign-in, all licensed features are available, e.g. editing PDFs.
Open Acrobat and click Sign in in the top right.
Enter your company email address. If asked for the account type, choose Company or School Account (business account).
Sign in with your company password and confirm on your smartphone if needed.
Note: If Acrobat says “Trial expired” or features are missing, the wrong account is usually signed in. Click your profile picture in the top right › Sign out and sign in again with your company account. If the license is missing, contact support.
Update
Windows: Menu (or Help) › Check for updates.
Mac: In the menu bar, Acrobat › Check for Updates.
If the Adobe Creative Cloud app is installed, update via Apps › Updates there.
On company devices without admin rights, it-tects installs updates.
Edit a PDF
Open the PDF in Acrobat.
Choose All tools › Edit a PDF (in older versions Tools › Edit PDF).
Click text or images to change them. Then save.
Tip: The free Acrobat Reader can only view, comment, fill in and sign PDFs. Editing requires Acrobat Pro or Standard.
