New devices, accessories, programs and licenses are ordered via it-tects. This ensures they fit the existing environment, are properly licensed and are set up correctly.
Ordering: devices, accessories and licenses
Send the request by email to sales@it-tects.at.
State for whom, what (device, accessory, program or license, quantity) and what for (purpose, special requirements).
it-tects sends a quote or proposal.
After approval by an authorized person, it-tects places the order.
Installation and setup
Installing programs and setting up new devices goes through support as usual: support@it-tects.at.
Important: Don't install programs yourself, not even free ones. it-tects checks security and license terms, as many free programs aren't allowed for business use.
