Allow remote support – TeamViewer on smartphone

This lets it-tects access your smartphone via TeamViewer to help with a problem.

Steps

1. Install the TeamViewer QuickSupport app: App Store (iPhone) or Google Play (Android).

2. Open the app. Depending on the app version, tell it-tects the ID shown or enter the code it-tects gives you under Join Session.

3. Confirm the connection request with Allow.

4. On iPhone, also start the screen broadcast when the app asks you to.

Note: On iPhone, it-tects can only view the screen, not control it.
